Abby Gilkey serves as the clinic manager for Triad Eye Institute's Muskogee location. Abby joined the Triad team in 2007 and enjoys working with patients and staff alike to create a pleasant atmosphere and efficient workflow. She resides in Ft. Gibson with her husband and two kids.

Brett Enyart

Brett Enyart, O.D. has been with Triad Eye Medical Clinic since 2001. He came to Triad through its Optometric Residency Program, in which he served as the program director from 2004 through 2008. Dr. Enyart has been the Clinical Director at Triad since 2007. He holds appointments as an adjunct professor of optometry at Northeastern State University College of Optometry and the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry. Dr. Enyart received his Bachelor of Science from Northeastern State University and then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2000. During his clinical training, Dr. Enyart completed an internship at Eye Associates of New Mexico in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. He holds licenses in Oklahoma and Colorado. He holds certifications in Anterior Segment Laser and Visx Excimer Laser procedures. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Enyart resides in Tulsa with his wife and two sons.

Chelsey Goss

Chelsey Goss, O.D. joined the Triad Eye Institute team in 2021. A native of Lawton, OK, she graduated from Cameron University with a degree in molecular biology. Her passion for eye care was born when a relative suffered a significant eye injury. Through the course of their treatment and recovery, she became fascinated with eye care and choose to pursue a career in optometry. She attended the Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah and currently practices at Triad Eye's Bartlesville clinic and surgery center location. She and her husband currently reside in Bartlesville.

Curtis DuBois

Dr. DuBois is an Oklahoma native, originally from Oklahoma City. Upon graduating from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in Natural Science, he decided to serve in the United States Marine Corps. After serving nearly five years in active service as an Air Support Control Officer and another two and a half years in the reserves, as an assistant operations officer for an infantry battalion, Dr. DuBois graduated from the University of Missouri Saint Louis as a doctor of optometry. Dr. DuBois completed a residency in ocular disease and refractive surgery with Triad Eye Institute. His professional passions are surgical co-management and the treatment of ocular disease as well as anterior segment therapeutic and refractive laser surgery. Dr. DuBois resides in Tulsa, with his wife, Jordan, and their three children. His interests include music, food, the outdoors and playing with his rambunctious border collie, Atlas.

Dr. Beth Walker

Dr. Beth Walker manages Triad Eye Institute's Mobile Screening Service for the Tulsa metro area. Traveling throughout Green Country, she is able to conduct vision screenings at senior centers, enabling those unable to travel to receive proper eye care. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Vision Science at Northeastern State University. In 1993 she received her doctorate from Northeastern State University's College of Optometry where she was recognized for her outstanding clinical work. She is a licensed optometric physician in Oklahoma and California. Dr. Walker resides in Tulsa and is a member of several professional and community organizations, including Virtual Vision, a non-profit organization founded by her and her husband.

Dr. Brett Wagner

Dr. Brett Wagner joined Triad Eye Institute in 2019 after serving as a staff optometrist for Eye Care for Tulsa. A native of Tulsa, Dr. Wagner graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in biology and received his doctorate from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed his ocular disease residency at Northeastern State University College of Optometry and BVA Advanced Eye Care in Elk City, Oklahoma. Dr. Wagner is an active volunteer in the community and has served on several optometric mission trips to Central America, South America, and Africa. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Beta Sigma Kappa optometric honors society, and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. He, his wife Michelle, and their two sons reside in Tulsa where they enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Drew Crawford

Dr. Drew Crawford joined Triad Eye in January 2015 after practicing in Durant, OK. He graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University before attending the Northeastern State University College of Optometry. Following graduation, Dr. Crawford completed an optometry externship here at Triad Eye. He went on to complete a rural clinic internship and internships at the W.W. Hastings Indian Health Service Hospital in Tahlequah and the Northeastern State University Optometric Clinic. Dr. Crawford is board certified by the National Board of Examiners and the Oklahoma Board of Examiners in Optometry. He is Anterior Segment Laser certified and licensed to prescribe therapeutics. Dr. Crawford is a member of the AOA and the AOAP.

Dr. Neel M. Kumar

Dr. Neel M. Kumar was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He knew very early that he wanted to become a physician. While in medical school, he served on the medical school admission committee and was chosen for the Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine Award, which is selected by fellow medical students for "exhibiting outstanding humanism in medicine and integrity." He then went on to complete his residency in Ophthalmology at Louisiana State University and The Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, LA where he was nominated to serve as the Chief Resident. Dr. Kumar completed his fellowship training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, orbit, and lacrimal system at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL and the Duke Eye Hospital in Durham, NC. Dr. Kumar has given multiple research presentations across the nation and currently practices at the Triad Eye Institute in Tulsa, OK. He is board certified and performs a variety of oculoplastic procedures, including ptosis repair, upper and lower blepharoplasty, cancer reconstruction, tear duct surgery and more. He and his wife enjoy traveling, photography and discovering local cuisine in their spare time.

Dr. Nicole Auble

Dr. Nicole Auble's interest in eyes started at the age of 9 when she received her first pair of glasses. She was amazed that those glasses allowed her to see each individual leaf on the trees outside of her Plainfield, IL home. Years later, she graduated cum laude with a degree in Biology from the University of Illinois Springfield, where she also played on the women's soccer team. She then attended optometry school at The Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, OH. Her residency was completed right here at Triad Eye Institute in Tulsa where she focused on ocular disease diagnosis and care. In October 2022, Dr. Auble became a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. At Triad Eye Institute, Dr. Auble sees a variety of patients every day, treating a myriad of ocular disorders and providing pre and post-operative care. She is a member of the American Academy of Optometry and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians.

Jennifer Anderson

With more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jennifer has worked in a variety of medical offices as both a practice manager and administrator. She joined Triad Eye Medical Clinic in 2007 as the Accounts Receivable Manager and soon became the office manager for the Muskogee clinic and surgery center. In 2010, Jennifer was named administrator for Triad Eye Institute and executive director in 2019. She has two sons and resides in Broken Arrow with her husband.

Jennifer Howell

Jennifer Howell, O.D. joined the Triad Eye team in 2019 after practicing in Tulsa for several years. A 2015 graduate of the Northeastern State University College of Optometry, Dr. Howell sees patients in Triad Eye's Muskogee clinic and surgery center. She also is a member of Triad Eye's mobile screening team, traveling to towns across eastern Oklahoma to provide free vision screenings to seniors 55 and over.

Kendra Estes

Kendra Estes is the clinic manager at Triad Eye's Bartlesville clinic and surgery center location. Following a decade-long career as an LPN in family medicine, Kendra transitioned to ophthalmology and served as a patient counselor before joining the Triad Eye team as clinic manager in 2021. She is a native of Bartlesville, and the proud mother of three daughters, who have blessed her and her husband with several, wonderful grandchildren.

Lisa Mabrey

Lisa Mabrey joined the Triad Eye team in 2018 as an optometric network liaison. A 20-year veteran of the eye care industry, she serves as an important link for Triad Eye's referring providers. Lisa also assists in the planning and execution of Triad Eye community events and promotions across the region.

Liz Batchelor

Liz Batchelor, O.D. joined the Triad Eye team in 2013 after serving as the Clinical Director for another Tulsa-area eye clinic. She is a graduate of the Northeastern State University College of Optometry and completed her residency in ocular disease and refractive surgery in Tulsa. Dr. Batchelor specializes in the pre- and post-op care for LASIK vision correction patients. She also serves as the administrator for the Triad Eye Institute Optometry Residency Program. Dr. Batchelor places high importance in regularly communicating with referring optometrists and physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes for her patients. Dr. Batchelor sees patients at several of Triad Eye's Tulsa clinic locations. She and her family reside in the Tulsa area.

Mary Anne Ahluwalia

Mary Anne Ahluwalia, D.O. is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist. Dr. Ahluwalia performs comprehensive eye exams along with medical and surgical treatments for glaucoma, including microinvasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), trabeculectomy and the implantation of glaucoma drainage devices. She has written articles for Glaucoma Today, a leading national glaucoma publication. She also has been a sub-investigator in several FDA-approved clinical trials for new glaucoma treatments. Dr. Ahluwalia is a member of the American Glaucoma Society and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Ahluwalia is an active member of Leadership Tulsa. She is passionate about international medicine and has traveled to Ghana (Unite for Sight), Mexico (Good Samaritans), Peru and India to provide medical and surgical care.

Ryan P. Conley

Ryan P. Conley, D.O. is a board-certified Ophthalmologist who grew up in Pryor, Oklahoma. He attended college at Northeastern State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and was a member of Alpha Chi and Phi Theta Kappa honor societies. He then attended medical school at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing a traditional internship and ophthalmology residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center, Dr. Conley completed a fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the renowned, New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Conley has established himself at the forefront of advanced cataract surgery and performed Oklahoma's first LenSx laser-assisted cataract surgery in 2012. He also performs refractive lens implant surgery (ICL, Multifocal and Toric), LASIK, PRK, and various cornea transplant procedures. Dr. Conley is a frequent speaker at educational events for other physicians and the public and serves as a clinical investigator for new medications in FDA trials. Tina Robins

Tina Robins joined the Triad Eye team in 2015 as a network liaison. A former cardiac RN, she works to enhance relationships with our referring providers across the Tulsa metro and surrounding areas. Tina is instrumental in helping plan and organize Triad Eye's many community activities and events.
