With more than 16 years of sales experience and 10 years directly in the transportation industry, he's obsessed with innovating new ways to lead his team to be one of the fastest-growing transportation companies in the country. He is especially skilled in leadership, problem solving, negotiation, and customer service.

Heath Haley - CEO

With over 20 years of business experience, Heath Haley has mastered his leadership and business management skills. He owns multiple businesses in Chattanooga, including Trident, and credits all his success to his children, which are his greatest accomplishments.

Mark Harrell - COO

Brother-in-law and Co-Founder with Heath Haley, Mark Harrell came from a transportation and business background. As a business owner of multiple businesses and having over seven years of transportation industry experience, Mark specializes in industry knowledge and leadership. One of his many major life accomplishments is the time he spent as a professional golfer for five years before starting Trident.

Michael Dinkins - CIO

At the age of 17, Michael Dinkins was nationally recognized as the youngest Microsoft Certified Engineer/Developer, then again at the age of 19 as their youngest Certified Trainer. Mike continued developing in his career by assisting numerous corporations and government entities successfully navigate a rapidly changing IT landscape. Driven by a deep passion for both technology and the outdoors, Mike found no better place to call home than Chattanooga, TN. Mike currently holds the position of our Chief Information Officer where he continues to work on specialized projects throughout the "Gig City" evolution.

Tim Webb - CFO

Tim Webb began his career with a large regional accounting firm in Charleston, WV. Within two years, he was hired by a large road builder client as the CFO. Seven years later, Tim moved to the Knoxville area to be the CFO of the largest road builder in Tennessee. He was an integral part, through acquisitions, of taking the company to five times its size before selling to an international corporation. Since becoming part of Trident seven years ago, Tim has been instrumental in laying the financial foundation to help Trident grow to the size it is today. He has truly fallen in love with the Chattanooga area and continues to help Trident flourish.
