Troop 89 is Scouting in East Pennsboro and Enola. We have served the community for nearly 70 years! While Troop 89 is known for its service, our Scouts have a great time learning new skills, going on adventures like camping, hiking and paddling and becoming leaders. Our Scouts BSA troop is for boys aged 10 1/2 to 17. For younger boys and girls, our Cub Scout pack is Pack 87 and it is a family pack for boys and girls in grades K - 5. Combined, Troop 89 and Pack 87 are a family of Scouting units. We are chartered at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in East Pennsboro... Here are a few photos of the troop in action. Yes, we build a rope bridge for big events. We do service for our charter. And, the troop takes competition in Klondike and Shooting Sports seriously as we often place in the top 3! In 2022, we went to Camp Bashore for summer camp.
