Here at Thornton Pianos based in Dublin, Ireland we are celebrating 53 years in business in 20201 having been established by my father Desmond Thornton in 1968. I joined the business in 1977 and worked side by side with him until his sudden death in 2000 and over the 23 years we worked together he passed on a tremendous knowledge on all things relating to piano repair and selection which I continue to put into practice to this day. His focus on offering advice on all things piano is something which I continue to carry on today... 53 years here in Thornton Pianos have gone by quickly but our reputation in the piano supply and services market has been achieved through determination and customer service. Now based at Unit B10 Baldonnell Business Park, Dublin, Ireland just off the M7 where we offer a broad range of piano makes from Yamaha, Kawai, Steinway, C Bechstein and many other quality new and reconditioned pianos.
