Adam Babbidge began his working career in the janitorial business in 1997 after attending the University of Maine where he majored in Business Development. Adam's janitorial experience started right out of college as he gained part-time employment performing duties as a night porter cleaning two floors of a commercial office building in Charlotte, North Carolina. In his first year of employment, he was promoted to Project Manager servicing key clients within the firm. Adam has in the janitorial arena after serving 24 years in the industry. During Adam's working career, he has combined his experience of being a Commercial Property Manager along with managing sales teams in the Architectural Restoration and Maintenance of aesthetic finishes for commercial office buildings throughout the Southeast. Adam's expertise in the janitorial industry and multifaceted background with commercial real estate buildings make him an invaluable member of the UMC family.

Drew has more than 30 years of experience in the janitorial industry. Drew learned the ins and outs of the janitorial field working alongside his siblings in a family-owned cleaning company in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. He performed many tasks that have given him a keen understanding of how to operate a successful service company. After graduating from the University of Maryland BC and attaining his Bachelor's of Science, Drew moved to Charlotte, NC to continue his career in the industry.

Hazel Lee has more than 15 years in the commercial cleaning industry. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Georgia Tech and Master's Degree in Public Health, she came to the company in 2005 to work in finance, then operations then transitioned to business development in 2009. She was appointed to the leadership team in 2015, then transitioned to executive leadership in 2019. Hazel's immersion in the family business from a young age gave her first-hand knowledge of the best practices and operational necessities within the business. Her technical background has brought about many innovative ideas and solutions within the company.

Bong and his wife, Jane Lee, moved to Charlotte during the start of the contract-cleaning era in the late 1980s. The move was a leap of faith for Bong, who started his janitorial service career in the 1970s as a day porter. He then gained experience as a night cleaner, supervisor, and eventually launched his own business. Starting with only one building in Charlotte, Bong and Jane Lee's company grew to 200 employees, spanning three states and cleaning more than six million square feet a night within five years.
