Ahmed Najaaf Saleem has worked in Maldives and Australia in the non-profit and commercial sectors; and has 12 years of experience in advocacy, digital transformation and project management. He currently leads the projects business unit for a Melbourne-based PR and web agency and works with a number of not-for-profit and political advocacy clients.
He has a Master's degree from the University of Sydney and wrote his thesis on transitional justice models in post-conflict states.
Rilweena joined TM in May 2020 as the Executive Director. She brings over 15 years of senior management experience within the public and private sector. Her current priority is to strengthen the institutional capacity and internal governance framework of TM, and led the recent revision of TM's Articles of Association. Prior to joining TM, Rilweena worked as the Company Secretary & Manager Investor Relations of Dhiraagu PLC where she established international corporate governance best practices and supported the company's transition as a listed company. She served as the Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Economic Development supervising the Foreign Direct Investment Department and managed the public private partnership projects of the Ministry. She has managed two national level projects in the area of youth training and employment (as Project Manager in the Ministry of Higher Education and Employment) and on mainstreaming disaster risk reduction (as the National Programme Officer in UNDP Maldives).
Rilweena holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance (The University of Birmingham, UK), an MCom in Finance (The University of Western Australia, Australia) and an MSC in International Business and Emerging Markets (The University of Edinburgh, UK).

Fathimath Razeena served as the Financial Controller of Ministry of Finance & Treasury, Maldives from July 5, 2016 to September 19, 2022. Prior to her appointment as the Financial Controller, she worked in the Ministry of Education as an Accounts Executive from 2008 - 2015 and in various other capacities since since 1997. Ms Razeena contributed to the establishment of the the Public Accounting System (PAS) of Maldives since 2007, and in the PAS reform agenda to adopt Accrual basis of Accounting and Reporting under International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS). Ms Razeena has trained government officials and civil servants in the Public Accounting System and actively contributed to the development of the Accounting Profession in the Maldives.
She also served as a board member as a Non-Executive Director of the Gulhifalhu Development Corporation, Allied Maldives and the Works Corporation Board during the period 2008 until 2015. She was the board Director from Maldives to SAARC Development FUND (SDF) for a period of 6 years and served with the first National Pay Commission of Maldives until 2019 January.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Open University of Malaysia and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance from University of East London.
Salma Fikry worked in the Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Atolls Development. She contributed to efforts for decentralization both from within and outside of the government. She served as the first Deputy Executive Director at Transparency Maldives and later served as a board member for several years. She founded Institute for Governance & Development and managed the institute from 2011-2015. She is a recipient of the National Award for promoting good governance in Maldives. Salma currently works freelance and is based in Fuvahmulah City.

With expertise in the areas of public finance and resource mobilization, Shurufa Abdul Wahidh currently works as the Programme Specialist for the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations. Prior to her current position, she has worked for the Ministry of Finance (2010 - 2020) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2005 - 2007) in Maldives, and has consulted for the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank in the public finance sector. She has also worked at Transparency Maldives as a Fiscal Transparency Specialist (2021-2022).
