We will discuss materials being used and any nuances that apply to your project. Your start date is clear and delays are communicated to you, usually within 48 hours prior to the scheduled start (weather delays happen and, even then, you are called and advised about it). Dumpsters, if needed, are only brought on the day we begin work and are removed within 24 hours of completion. We protect your home and all surrounding properties where necessary... We offer a 15/15/Lifetime coverage at NO upcharge for all full-roof projects (IKO brand). This includes 15-year labor at 15-year, up-front, non-prorated coverage, and a total lifetime shingle warranty. This is transferable when you sell your home...
