I am a technology enthusiast with over five years experience working in the realms of Information Services within the public sector... My technical support career began with an internally provided trainee role of Assistant IT Officer with the infrastructure team of the BSA which lead to several occasions where I was chosen to return to the team as additional support or to backfill a position. It is with that team that I find myself again... Furthermore with this grounding experience I was afforded a secondment to the Public Trustee of Queensland (PTQ) for twelve months to fill a first/second level support role with that organisation as a Service Desk Officer. During this period my skill set was expanded in both technical and non technical duties, this included certified ITIL training.
