Our aim is to support the Journal by distributing the latest ecological research, developments and discoveries through online media. This includes summaries of articles published in the journal, but also extends to other current news relevant to the field of animal ecology. Through the use of popular science articles, reports, interviews and other media avenues, we hope to promote awareness and discussion of new developments in animal ecology within the scientific and wider community... Established in 1932 by the British Ecological Society (BES), Journal of Animal Ecology has subsequently become the leading journal for original research in animal ecology.
