Joe Christ

Joe assists clients with realizing and implementing their financial visions. His expertise include financial planning, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing, retirement planning, investment selection, portfolio construction, and multi-generational estate planning. Joe holds his Series 7, 66, 31 licenses; as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses. He completed Bachelors of Science Degrees, with Honors, from both Northern Arizona University and The Netherlands Institute of Tourism and Transport Studies. He also earned an MBA in Finance from ASU's prestigious WP Carey School of Business in 2013; and more recently in 2016, he obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Joe is a well-received public orator. In addition to giving countless investment seminars across the Southwest, Joe is often requested to speak at business luncheons, charitable functions, and retirement seminars statewide. In his free time, Joe enjoys reading the literary classics, writing poetry, mountain biking Arizona's trails and fly-fishing the high country streams.

Moving to Arizona in 1994, she became a client services representative in private wealth management. Maggie excels in customer service and client account management. Maggie was one of only a few chosen to be certified and lead the Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations training and she is a Notary Public.

Mark E. Criner III

Mark is a Vice President and Trust Strategist for Baird Trust serving from the Scottsdale, Arizona office. He works with Baird Financial Advisors and their clients offering complex trust and estate planning guidance. He has over 20 years of experience in trust and estate administration. Prior to joining Baird Trust, Mark spent over ten years with Northern Trust as a Senior Estate Administrator and counsel for the Gila River Indian Community. Before that, Mark spent over eight years as an attorney with Wagner, Falconer & Judd. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Pre-Law, with an emphasis on Communications and Political Science from Washburn University. He also earned a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law with an emphasis on Estate Planning and Intellectual Property. Mark is a member of the Arizona and Minnesota Bar Associations. He also serves as a Board Member for Connections to Independence, an advocacy group for foster care. Mark joined our firm in 2022

Michael Antonelli is a Market Strategist for Baird's Private Wealth Management (PWM) group. In this role, he creates market related content for clients focusing on the behavioral side of investing. He also appears in print, TV, and online to talk about what global markets are doing and why. Michael began writing a daily email in 2010 as a way to let overseas Institutional clients know what happened while they slept. The list grew slowly but as of last week it sat just shy of 4,000 individuals including corporate executives, traders, PMs, private clients, wealth advisors, and journalists from all over the world. He started posting it online in 2013 and it is now the Bull and Baird blog.

Vince Hawley - Managing Director

As a founding member of the Wealth Management Group of Scottsdale, he guides clients on goal setting, risk management strategies, asset allocation and investment policies. Upon completing finance and economics courses at the International Institute in Madrid, Vince graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Finance and a Minor in Spanish. He later earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation from the Wharton Business School. Vince is a lecturer at various forums regarding the investment process, modern portfolio theory, and investment management strategies. He also teaches wealth management courses at Universities throughout the Southwest, providing high-net-worth investors with educational tools and practical savvy. Vince is also a Board of Director and active member of K2 Adventures Foundation, assisting families around the world with special educational and medical needs. In his free time, Vince enjoys scuba diving, sailing, and traveling with his wife and two children.
