Victor Construction satisfies our customer's desires by combining time tested craftsmanship with today's technology... His previous experience in real estate includes 18 years of employment at Cushman and Wakefield of CT, Inc. His position as manager of Stamford Appraisal and Consulting Division provided him with much of the experience needed for success in luxury home construction. This includes completion of a rigorous course curriculum in construction, management and valuation techniques. He attained the MAI designation while employed with C&W. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Business Administration as well as completing all courses offered by The Center for Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies. The Center is dedicated to cutting edge research and training for all segments of the real estate industry.
