Vic is also an independent television and concert producer (since 1988) and owner of Cafe Inggo 1587, a full-service cafe/restaurant located within the premises of the Sto. Domingo Church in Quezon City. Vic has also penned numerous articles for different publications and authored his first book published in 2015, Hospitality Superstars. His second book entitled Multi Cultural Diversity in the Workplace for the Tourism Professional published by Rex Publications will be launched in 2020... Vic Alcuaz is the hospitality industry's independent and most trusted name in human resources provision, training and consulting based in the Philippines... In 1985, Vic joined The Hyatt Regency Manila as Director of Human Resources. While at The Hyatt, Vic conducted all the training programs of Hyatt International entitled, "Training for your Future". These programs included Leadership Workshops, Supervisory Skills, Team Building, Service Excellence & various Service Skills Programs.
