Working across NI Chamber's communications and marketing platforms, Bethany helps our members to raise their profile among the business community. By managing the news section of our website and the popular Ambition Weekly newsletter, she helps companies to share their good news far and wide through the power of our network.
Brendan Gribben is Managing Director of dairy company Greenfields Ireland Ltd. Trading internationally, the company supplies dairy ingredients, specialist milk products and finished dairy products to customers throughout Europe, the Middle East, South America, Far East and Africa.

Caroline is responsible for recruiting and retaining NI Chamber members and ensuring they make the most of their membership through utilising all of the services available. She works particularly closely with member companies in the North West and is very engaged with the particular needs of businesses in the area.

Cat McCusker is the Regional Market Leader in Northern Ireland and the Education Consulting Leader. The professional services firm employs over 3,700 people in Northern Ireland, which is PwC UK's fastest-growing region. Its destination workplace in Belfast's Merchant Square is PwC's largest regional office outside of London. Cat is particularly passionate about the skills agenda, mental health, ESG and customer led transformation. Across her role as the Education Consulting leader, Cat works at a global and local level to help universities to reimagine their student and staff experience, bringing people, experience and technology innovation together to help solve some of the firm's clients' biggest challenges. Beyond education, she has also worked with major organisations across local government, central government and the police, generating significant cost savings and tangible benefits.

Cathal Geoghegan is the Managing Director of Henderson Foodservice. He was appointed as the President of NI Chamber in June 2023, having served as a Board member since 2020.
A fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, he has vast experience in the foodservice and hospitality sectors, with significant experience at senior leadership level.
He previously held finance roles with The Simon Community, the Grand Opera House Trust and Jurys Doyle Hotel Group in Dublin. In October 2000, Cathal returned to Belfast and joined The Mount Charles Group as Financial Director, before becoming Managing Director of the Group in January 2013. He moved to the Henderson Group in 2018 and has been Managing Director of Henderson Foodservice Limited since then.
Cathal is a Director & Trustee of the Grand Opera House Trust and a Director & Board Member of the Irish Foodservice Supplier Alliance. He is also a mentor for the Federation of Wholesale Distributors (FWD) Future Leaders Forum Group.

Charlie works closely with NI Chamber members in all sectors, helping them to make the most of their membership by engaging with the services which will help their business grow. An experienced sales professional, she is also a point of contact for new businesses joining the organisation, helping them to identify the correct membership package for their particular business need and introducing them to the benefits of being a part of the network.

Chris heads up NI Chamber's Communications and Engagement division, which was recently recognised as the ‘Internal Team of the Year' at the UK wide PR Moment Awards.
As a member of the NI Chamber Senior Management Team, he has responsibility for the public relations, marketing and member engagement functions.
He is a member of the Institute of Directors, (IoD), Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and sits on the Board of the NI Sports Forum.

Dr Theresa Donaldson is Chair of Belfast Harbour and is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors. Theresa is also Vice Chair of the Eirgrid Group and Chair of SONI.

Gillian is the Chief People Officer at Eakin Healthcare Group. She was born in Northern Ireland but grew up in Canada where she worked as a Barrister and Solicitor specialising in employment law prior to returning to Northern Ireland in 2001. After returning to NI, Gillian worked for the Viridian Group (now Energia Group) for 14 years in various HR roles eventually becoming the HR Director in 2011. Gillian joined Devenish as the Group HR Director in 2015. In a voluntary capacity, she sits on the Board of NOW Group and the Governance, Nominations and Remuneration Committee of Ulster University. Gillian is married with two teenage sons.
