START360 - Key Persons
Danny is the Start360 Chief Executive. He has over twenty years experience of working in the community and voluntary sector holding a variety of positions both voluntarily and in paid capacities.
Kathleen manages the community based Drug & Alcohol services within Start360. Her claim to fame is she played camogie at county level for her beloved Antrim.
Melissa manages the Justice Services Teams within Start360. She has supported the organisation with its fundraising efforts and has braced the white waters of the Zambezi River, jumped out of a plane and dodged a few swings in the boxing ring in a fundraising white collar boxing event. Melissa is an advocate for adults at risk and young people. In her spare time Melissa supports the voice of young people through her work with the Youth Parliament in Northern Ireland. Melissa's self-care is walking her dog Gracie, and loves a wee selfie of them both at their various destinations.
Stephen manages the Employability, Personal Development and Mental Health services within Start360. A keen sportsman, Stephen enjoys fitness training and is a long-suffering Liverpool fan.

Tom manages the Corporate Services Department, looking after HR, IT and Facilities Management within Start360. Tom is always driving to see the organisation develop in each area of his remit to ensure it remains at the forefront of service delivery within the sector. He believes that collaboration and partnership working are critical in providing effective services within an ever-changing world and is keen to see networks develop and grow. Tom has a busy personal life being a father, but always makes time for the leg day at the gym
