Anya Hudson

Originally from Belarus Anya came to the UK to study for a Degree in Economics and Tourism and stayed, she still enjoys expanding her knowledge travelling with her husband and three children throughout the UK. Easy going and loves meeting people and working as part of a team, her love of baking also means treats in the office at the beginning of the week. She lives with her family in the Leicestershire countryside and loves nothing more than walking and being able to exercise outdoors, a keen swimming fan she is also involved in her local swimming club.

Charlie Maude

Job Titles:
  • Head of Media
Charlie started at Alexanders as our in-house photographer and videographer, and progressed to the role of Head of Media responsible for the media output of the company. Having graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Media, he turned his hobby into a career and now takes professional photographs, feature videos and drone footage of our vendor's homes. He lives in Nottinghamshire which gives him easy access to the Peak District National Park and countryside, where he spends his weekends hiking with his camera.

Harry Flower - VP of Sales

Harry has been an integral part of the success of Alexanders across the broader East Midlands region and a senior member of the team since joining in the summer of 2017. Originally from Brighton, he started his agency career in Sussex back in 2013 where he was approached by a reputable independent estate agent headed by a hugely influential London agent back in the 1990's - 2000's. His commitment, passion and consistent drive to overachieve both on a personal level and for clients he represents has seen him progress deservedly through the company with his most recent appointment to Sales Director across all four offices in 2022. As an accomplished valuer and manager, his passion for high quality service, attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will ensure his sales team continue to thrive across the East Midlands. Harry currently resides in the Hinckley and Bosworth area with his fiancé and young family, in his downtime enjoy meals out at local eateries and enjoys weekends away with family and friends.

James Kirk - Managing Director

James Kirk brings 26 years of experience having enjoyed significant success with Countrywide, Foxtons, Humbert's, Savills and his own sales consultancy Kirk Estates. James is extremely fortunate to have worked under and mentored by a handful of the most successful and well respected agents in the UK who are renowned for delivering the ultimate value to their clients through unrivalled personal service based on absolute commitment, expert knowledge, passion and attention to detail. James is proud to have negotiated over £2 billion in completed sales, within Residential Agency, Investment, Development and New Homes Sales. In addition to his passion for shooting, fishing and his beloved working spaniels James is a motorsport fanatic having raced karts from an early age and more recently competing in Formula A the class where the majority of successful current F1 drivers ( and World Champions ) honed their skills. Jamie Tyler

Jamie Tyler has been an influential and hugely respected Estate Agent across the Leicestershire and Rutland region for over 30 years. Having held senior positions within some of the most successful and established corporate and independent agencies Jamie is thrilled to now join the progressive Alexanders brand as Head of Office and Associate Director based at Melton Mowbray. One of the drivers for his important decision to join Alexanders was due to the opportunity to work alongside James Kirk, who he has personally known for some time and shares many values with a mutual desire to build the very best residential agency team to serve the broader East Midlands region. Jamie's competitive nature, determination to win and genuine passion for traditional agency complimented by creative, modern marketing is a perfect fit for Alexanders defined plans.

Jane Alexander

Jane Alexander has a wealth of experience in professional sales, having previously worked in local estate agency and in the 1990s heading up a highly successful sales team in telecommunications for Project Telecom in the city of London. She is an extremely valued negotiator with a hands on approach, quickly understanding vendor and purchaser requirements. Jane is a mother of five, she loves antiques, pictures, interior design and when not doing deals for the firm is happiest attending fine art auctions.

Jennifer Atkins

Jen joins our Ashby De La Zouch branch, after 17 years in working in the area of Safeguarding and child protection, Jen has transitioned from supporting vulnerable children and their families, into the exciting role of Sales Negotiator at our Ashby Branch. Jen has a strong set of values where integrity, honesty and relationships are of utmost importance to her. Always someone who can be relied upon, she strives to work hard on behalf of the vendors to ensure their property move is as smooth as possible. A committed wife and proud mother to two amazing children, Jen enjoys family time, games nights with friends, bodyboarding and walks in the national forest. She also loves being involved in community outreach projects to help support people in the community. A lover of Chinese food, Jen loves a relaxing evening with a takeaway, solving a gripping psychological crime drama.

John Alexander - Chairman

John Alexander has practiced in the property industry for over 40 years. He was made the youngest partner in the well-known local firm of Frank Innes, integral to their rapid expansion culminating in the sale to Lloyds Bank in 1983. Following this John developed a very successful local business as a Chartered Surveyor. John would like to send all his past clients and customers a warm thank you and hello. He looks forward to meeting up again and providing a service well known to those who have done business with him before.

Louise Underwood

Since leaving college Louise has been in public facing roles, through which she has adopted a warm and welcoming demeanour. As a kind, caring and nurturing individual, she has a passion for helping others and a willingness to succeed. Louise has always had a passion for property and aspired to become an estate agent from a young age. With the team at Alexanders, she is well on her way to making that aspiration a reality. Outside of work, you will find Louise either at the theatre enjoying a variety of different musicals and shows or in her home baking a collection of delicious sweet treats.

Lucy Heathcote

Lucy is a dedicated and personable professional with a strong background in communication and relationship-building. After gaining valuable experience working in Cyprus, she has developed a keen ability to connect with people and foster collaborative environments. Lucy's approachable nature and effective communication skills make her a great member of the team at Alexanders. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys staying active, hitting the gym and taking long walks with her dog. She also values spending sociable time with friends and family.

Menna Harley

Menna joins the Alexanders team after a career in Education and time spent living in China. With her love of organisation and building relationships Menna's future in estate agency is a bright one, especially within a company that prides itself on client care, pro activity and upholding the highest standards. Menna and Jen have built an incredible partnership in the Ashby De La Zouch office, both immensely determined with a healthy competitive nature, they are excited to be taking Ashby to the next level. When not at work, Menna loves to spend her time at her musical theatre group in Ashby De La Zouch and with her two dogs on long countryside walks, or at her allotment.
