Entrance into the house involves two small steps up to the front door, and access rail fitted. We have a portable wooden ramp available for wheelchair users... We would welcome at least four hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment with Mark, otherwise a fee may be charged. Our clinic experience over the years has shown that four hours is enough notice for patients wishing to take a last minute appointment cancellation. However we do appreciate that non - attendances due to unforeseen circumstances do occur and in these instances any charges due will be at Marks discretion...
