1 Stop Health was formed in 2008 by Directors Sue Charlton (Titled Paediatric Physiotherapist) and Tania Thompson (Occupational Therapist) to create an organisation to support multi-disciplinary, individual therapies with the ability to access government health funding programs. The organization is based on a consortium model with rental, reception and administrative fees being collected from members for these services. A multi-disciplinary allied health team approach is generated by the consortium model, with types and intensity of allied health services offered, varying over the history of the organisation... Community meetings, health forums and health support groups utilise the facilities on an as needs basis.
