Amy Gavin - CFO

Ms. Gavin has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience, with over 8 years spent in the energy industry. Ms. Gavin was the Vice President, Finance for Bear Track Energy and joined Summit Midstream as their Director of Accounting after Summits' acquisition of Bear Tracker Energy. Ms. Gavin started her career in public accounting with KPMG LLC. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa, and a Master of Science in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado. She is a CPA and a CMA.

Craig S. Harris - CEO

Before becoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Harris served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Enable Midstream Partners, L.P. and has previously held managerial, business development and senior engineering positions with Columbia Pipeline Group, Ni Source, and El Paso Corporation. In addition, Mr. Harris served as a Managing Director of Alinda Capital Partners. Mr. Harris holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Forbes Herring

Mr. Herring has 10 years of business development and finance experience in midstream oil and gas. He comes to 3 Bear from Summit Midstream where he served most recently as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to that, Mr. Herring held various positions of increasing responsibility throughout the Business Development team at Summit, covering the Permian, Utica, Marcellus and Barnett shale plays. Mr. Herring has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Emory University.

Jesse Fiedorowicz

Job Titles:

Mr. Fiedorowicz has 7 years of experience as a project engineer designing and operating surface facilities. He comes to 3Bear from Andeavor Logistics where he served as Operations Engineer following Andeavor's acquisition of Whiting's North Dakota midstream assets. At Whiting, Mr. Fiedorowicz worked as a Facilities Engineer supporting both production and midstream assets. He was responsible for mostly greenfield projects in North Dakota where he installed over 23,000hp of field compression and constructed multiple salt water disposal and crude terminal facilities. Mr. Fiedorowicz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Josh Stevens - CFO

Mr. Stevens has over 15 years of experience in upstream and midstream operations and public company finance. He comes to us from EV Energy Partners in Houston where as Manager of Finance he helped close over $1.8 billion in upstream acquisitions and financing via public debt and equity markets as well as manage investment analysis and internal reporting. Mr. Stevens has a Bachelors in International Business from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Tulane. Mr. Stevens is also the Co-Founder and President of the Rocky Mountain Pipeliners Club and is a volunteer instructor for the University of Denver's Lifecycle of Oil and Gas course.

Michael Solomon

Mr. Solomon has 15 years of experience in oil, gas and water midstream and refining operations. He comes to 3Bear from Whiting Oil and Gas Corporation where he was focused on the design, construction and operation of Whiting's Bakken midstream facilities. Mr. Solomon has extensive experience the design, construction and operations of gas processing, gas/water/oil gathering and gas compression facilities. Prior to Whiting, Mr. Solomon worked for Suncor Energy at the Denver Refinery as a process engineer in the light oil division. Mr. Solomon holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University.

Michael Wozniak - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

Mr. Wozniak is the former managing partner and founder of the Denver office of the natural resources firm of Beatty & Wozniak, P.C. where the firm's practice focuses on representation of natural resource development companies throughout the Rockies. He received his B.A. degree with distinction from Indiana University in 1976 (Phi Beta Kappa) and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law. Mike's primary practice over the past two decades has focused on oil and gas conservation commission matters in Colorado and Wyoming, as well as merger, divestiture and acquisitions, involving producing properties, midstream assets, gas processing plants and pipelines throughout the United States. He is licensed to practice in Colorado and Wyoming and is a frequent lecturer on natural resources matters, including the Annual Institutes of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation in 2002, 2005 and 2011. Mike has previously served as the lead director of a publicly traded oil and gas company and general counsel of three private equity funded midstream entities. Mike is active in community and governmental affairs and previously served three terms as Mayor of Cherry Hills Village, Colorado.

Robert J. Clark - Chairman, Founder

With more than 40 years of success, Mr. Clark is a widely recognized leader in the midstream energy industry, known for his ability to identify high-potential projects that realize remarkable value for producers. 3Bear Energy will be the fourth successful endeavor for Mr. Clark, who served as President and CEO of three previous midstream companies: Bear Paw Energy, LLC, Bear Cub Energy, LLC, and Bear Tracker Energy LLC. Prior to beginning his midstream services companies, Mr. Clark held senior executive positions with Snyder Oil Corporation, Ladd Petroleum Corporation and Nicor Inc. He holds a BS in Accounting from Bradley University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.

Scott Spicher - COO, EVP

Mr. Spicher has over 20 years of experience in the midstream industry, including engineering, project management, operations and business development. In his time with Saddle Butte Pipeline, Mr. Spicher was responsible for a $60 million portfolio of greenfield projects in North Dakota. He also provided expertise regarding crude oil operations, design, hydraulics, measurement and commercial issues for start-up, 50-person midstream energy company. Previously, Mr. Spicher was Manager of Operations & Business Development at Nexen Marketing, and served with ConocoPhillips for 17 years. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University.

Shawn Radtke - CFO, President

Mr. Radtke has almost 20 years of finance and accounting experience including the last four years spent focusing on midstream oil and gas. He comes to us from Summit Midstream where he served as a Manager of Business Development after Summit's acquisition of Bear Tracker Energy. At Bear Tracker, he worked as a Financial Analyst helping support Business Development and Corporate Finance efforts. Prior to Bear Tracker, he worked at Oppenheimer & Co., Credit Suisse, and Ernst & Young. Mr. Radtke has a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Nebraska.

Stephanie Swanson

Ms. Swanson has 22 years of process engineering experience in the oil, gas and refining industries. She has extensive experience in the simulation, design and operation of gas processing and treating plants, including gas gathering and compression both with construction support as well as business development. She has worked for Bechtel Corporation, Merrick Engineering, and previously worked for two of 3Bear's predecessors, Bear Paw and Bear Tracker. Ms. Swanson has a BS in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
