Abby Casaccia

Abby received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Science and Disorders from Florida State University. She graduated from University of Central Florida with a Masters of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology. Prior to working at AASL, Abby has gained valuable experience working with pediatric populations in outpatient hospital and private practice settings. She is experienced in the evaluation and treatment of children ranging from birth to 18 years old in the areas of expressive and receptive communication, articulation, autism, feeding, fluency, oral motor, voice, pragmatics, and AAC. She has received training in sensory integration techniques to facilitate modulation for increased attention and motivation. Additionally, Abby is passionate about early intervention and play-based therapy. She values the importance of collaboration with parents and other professionals in order to provide children with functional therapy that promotes generalization across all environments. In her free time, Abby enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, traveling, and going to the beach!

Aleksasha Wannemacher

Aleksasha attended William Paterson University of New Jersey (WPUNJ) where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and Sciences. She then continued her education at WPUNJ and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology. She is thrilled to be a part of the All About Speech & Language team as a part-time therapist. She loves working with children of all ages, from little ones on up!

Alicia Yimoyines Martinez - CEO, Founder

Alicia is Co-Founder of All About Speech & Language, along with her sister and colleague Brieann Yimoyines, M.S. CCC-SLP. They are also founders of the Socialights Program, the first social group in Tampa Bay co-lead by speech-language pathologists and licensed occupational therapists. Alicia attended Boston University for her Master of Science degree (M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology and the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Obtaining ongoing educational opportunities and implementing evidence-based treatment is at the core of the AASL team. Alicia utilizes her various trainings to grow and support the students she works with from infancy through early adulthood. She is an Interactive Metronome (IM) certified trainer in the clinic as well as an IM Home provider. She holds a passion for reading instruction and is an Orton Gillingham, TLC Lively Letters, as well as Lindamood Bell Seeing Stars and LiPS trained provider to incorporate these highly-effective, multi-sensory reading approaches into her client's intervention programs. She too, is trained in PROMPT technique for speech elicitation and PEERS for adolescent social skill instruction, as well as incorporates principles of Verbal Behavior Therapy into her work. She is experienced working with children and adults who stutter, in both individual and group settings. Alicia is enthusiastic to work with clients of all ages, profiles, and abilities, addressing their "whole body" needs through interdisciplinary consideration and collaboration. Guiding her therapy is the commitment to establish trusting and open relationships with both clients and their families, and to continuously work together to meet each client's and family's unique needs, bridging the gap from the therapy room into the home and community. Alicia infuses great passion and sincere love and care into her work and toward each individual client she serves. She considers it a privilege to be a part of each of her clients' lives, successes, and journeys ahead. When not fulfilling her role as a speech-language therapist, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, taking photographs of the beauty around her, or spending time at the water fishing or kayaking. Guiding Alicia's therapy is the commitment to establish trusting and open relationships with both clients and their families, bridging the gap from the therapy room into the home and community.

AnnMarie Giglio

AnnMarie attended the University of South Florida and graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor's of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She engaged in and presented her research regarding "Trauma's Impact on Language and the Role of the Speech Language Pathologist". She continued her journey at USF and received her Master's of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology. AnnMarie had the opportunity to present a poster "Communication for All: Creating an Awareness Campaign" at the 2022 FLASHA Convention. Before working at AASL, AnnMarie worked with children ranging from 18 months to 18 years old in outpatient clinic settings. Supporting children is her passion! She has experience evaluating and providing treatment to children with a wide range of delays and learning differences including autism, speech-sound disorders, language disorders, Down syndrome, and AAC. Within these experiences, AnnMarie had the opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary work with occupational therapists and psychologists, and supports the need for collaborative care. AnnMarie believes that everyone deserves a voice and she strives to give superior, individualized treatment to all those she serves. In her free time, AnnMarie enjoys spending time with her family, boyfriend, and friends, reading, being active, watching baseball (go Yankees!), and trying new things!

Baylee Skjefte

Baylee is committed to helping children gain independence in meaningful daily roles, including their ability to learn new skills, foster autonomy in self-care and academics, and interact within their community and across environments.

Brieann Yimoyines Papp

Brieann is the Co-Founder of All About Speech & Language, alongside her sister and colleague Alicia Yimoyines, M.S. CCC-SLP. Brieann feels it is especially important to teach the necessary life skills to foster personal growth and independence for their clients to subsequently live, work, and become part of their own community.

Brittany Ferrera

Brittany graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Certificate in Language Development and Disorders. Following graduation, Brittany spent nine months volunteering at Tampa General Hospital within the Speech-Language Pathology department to optimize her hands-on experience before attending graduate school. She is a recent graduate of the Masters of Science, Speech-Language Pathology Program at Gannon University. Brittany is a well-rounded, driven individual with experience in clinical work, research, and professional communication. Her clinical experiences are diversified across settings and populations, and she enjoys working with children of all ages. Although most of her clinical skills materialized working with the pediatric population, she augmented her knowledge of adult care through clinical research. Brittany aims to provide superior client-centered care and education and believes in coordinating efforts within a multidisciplinary team. She values high-quality care in conducive learning environments while honoring client and family wishes respectfully and openly. Brittany strives to always identify her client's strengths and use these to support developmental skill areas in need in order for progress to continue to be made and to allow clients to maximize their greatest potentials. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with family and friends, soaking up salty breezes and ocean waves, reading, relaxing with her fur babies, and traveling.

Brittany McKay

Brittany joined the All About Speech & Language team in 2014. Brittany attended the University of South Florida where she received her Bachelor of Art (B.A.) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology. She graduated with her Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Brittany is passionate about working with children to improve their communication skills across all their daily life settings. She is experienced in evaluating and providing treatment in a variety of areas including autism, articulation, expressive and receptive language, and fluency in addition to implementing intervention for individuals who require augmentative and alternative communication. Brittany is an Interactive Metronome trained provider. She additionally is trained in TLC Lively Letters and implements Orton Gillingham and Lindamood Bell methods into her reading instruction. You'll find Brittany actively involved in all of AASL's social programs; from bringing students directly into the community for real-life practice to leading the parent-based group of the PEERS program. Brittany believes that every child is unique and tailors therapy to create individualized plans in order to meet that child's needs so that he or she can become successful as growing members of the community. Brittany also enjoys working with adults and has gained experience providing cognitive therapy while also managing complex behaviors in individuals who have sustained traumatic brain injuries. She also has participated in aphasia groups and fluency groups with an emphasis on generalizing skills to life at home, at work, and in the community.

Courtney Holzwarth

Courtney graduated with her Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) from the University of Pittsburgh. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. After graduating, Courtney moved to the sunshine state to be closer to her brother, sister-in-law, and nephew. Courtney enjoys working with families to develop a child and family-centered plan to help their child reach their highest potential and gain skills for everyday life. She believes collaboration with all disciplines produces the best results! From her experience working in outpatient pediatric settings, Courtney developed a passion for creating a fun environment to enrich the development of all her clients. She has experience working with a wide range of pediatric conditions, including but not limited to sensory processing, feeding difficulty, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, handwriting, and gross and fine motor delays. She has additionally taken continued education courses on sensory modulation interventions, interoception, and toileting. Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She comes from a big family with three older brothers. What she misses most about being home are the celebrations of small things and family game nights. She loves to go to the beach, find new coffee shops, go for walks, and dive into a good book in her free time!

Emily Hayes

Being a stay-at-home mother of three and military wife, since 1999, has been rewarding and special. I have enjoyed being able to be a stable presence in my children's lives all those years. Now that they are older and depend on me less, I decided it was time for me. I put myself through school, earning an associate's in Health Care Administration and a bachelor's degree in Human Services. Longing to find my place in the work force, I was blessed to become an AASL team member. I enjoy getting to know our families here at AASL and being a part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference. Through my valuable role at the front desk, in both speaking to and interacting with our clients and families on a daily basis, I get the pleasure of being of service to their needs and supporting them to answer any immediate questions, collect pertinent information, and help them as they get ready to work with our amazing therapists! Be on the lookout for fun Disney additions by the check-in window when you come into the office! In my spare time, you will find my OHANA and I making memories at Disney World!

Holly Scott

Holly has been working with AASL since September 2012 to assist with business strategies and development. She now manages the day-to-day business operations for the Company. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas in 1994. She has been able to utilize this skillset in every facet of her professional life. She graduated in 2002 from the University of Phoenix with a Master's in Business Administration. Along with her "real life" education as a mother of two girls, one of which has autism, she brings a very unique knowledge base to the AASL practice. She has gratefully volunteered and worked with a variety of special needs populations. She appreciates how they have taken her patience to another level and helped her re-evaluate what is truly important in life. Holly's life mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Her position at AASL has provided the avenue for her to accomplish this. Through her work with families, her education on her journey with autism, learning about different therapy protocols, and fully appreciating the role of nutrition in the success of the family, she looks forward to creating a therapy environment with the whole child and family in mind.

Jenna Gurklis

Jenna attended Florida State University for both undergraduate and graduate school. She earned a Masters of Science in Communication Science and Disorders as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She is so excited to be a part of the AASL team!

Kathleen Keeler

Kathleen is originally from Melbourne, FL and moved to the panhandle to attend Florida State University in 2013. She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. During her time at FSU, Kathleen did her clinical hours with the Florida State Speech and Hearing Clinic where she oversaw speech therapy sessions and audiological evaluations. After graduating, Kathleen moved to Sarasota, FL where she worked for a hearing clinic over the last four years. Wanting to be closer to family, Kathleen and her fiancé relocated to Tampa, FL in July 2021. Kathleen became a part of the AASL team in September 2021 as Patient Care and Community Relations Coordinator, and is looking forward to making a positive impact on the community that is so dear to her heart. She is so excited to be a part of a team of such wonderful therapists and staff! On the weekends, Kathleen loves to spend time with her four year old nephew and one year old niece who live in Carrollwood, FL. They can be found at the Tampa Aquarium, St. Pete Beach or Lowry Park Zoo!

Kiersten Sachs

Kiersten attended the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Disabilities in Society. She then continued on at the University of Florida to earn her Master of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology. Prior to AASL, Kiersten spent four years in the public school systems in Florida and South Carolina. She worked with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disabilities, physical impairments, and emotional/behavioral disorders. She primarily provided intervention services for students from ages 3 to 21 to increase their functional communication skills and implement their Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Kiersten has experience working with students in need of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) services including voice output devices, eye-tracking devices, tactile symbols, and switches. Kiersten also has experience evaluating and providing intervention in the areas of expressive and receptive language, social skills, phonological and articulation disorders, fluency, literacy, hearing impairments, and intellectual disabilities. She has a passion for working with children of all ages! Kiersten is dedicated to giving a voice to every child. She believes in treating the whole child by utilizing individualized lessons and therapy goals. She works hard to create a supportive learning environment while also having fun! Kiersten lives in Tampa with her husband and her puppy, Maggie. She loves everything about the Tampa Bay area and spends her time boating, going to sporting events, taking her dog on walks, and finding new coff What is your favorite food? My favorite food is sushi, but I also love any kind of pasta dish. What is your favorite holiday and why? My favorite holiday is Christmas because I love the joy and excitement that surrounds the Christmas season!

Lily Camacho Santana

Since 2005, I have been an Army spouse and a veteran myself. I served for 8 years in the United States Army National Guard and Army Reserve. Following my service, I chose to focus on caring for my children and supporting my husband at home. Now that my children are older and more independent, I have decided to pursue higher education and re-enter the workforce. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to join the AASL team. From the moment I joined, they welcomed me warmly, making the transition from being a stay-at-home mom to a working professional smooth. I started my journey with AASL as a client for my son's treatment and currently, I am a financial clerk and client services representative. While I have enjoyed every role I've undertaken, my true passion lies in serving our clients at AASL. As a mother of a special needs child myself, I believe I am in the perfect position to share my experiences and support other parents navigating similar journeys. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching funny videos, exercising, and going to the beach! I am dedicated to serving the AASL community and am always available to assist in any way I can!

Madison McDonald

Madison is originally from Long Island, NY and has spent most of her life in Tampa, FL since. She received her Associates degree in Health Sciences from Valencia College in Orlando, FL. She has since moved back from Orlando with her fiancé to be closer to my family and feels blessed with the opportunity to accept a front desk position at All About Speech and Language! She looks forward to seeing the same families and clients day in and day out and being of help with anything they need. In her free time, Madison loves exploring new places in the area with her family. She is always looking to try a new restaurant or a new book!

Olivia Mahoney

Olivia attended Florida State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Child Development. She pursued occupational therapy through Nova Southeastern University's doctoral program, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is thrilled to be a part of the AASL team! Olivia's commitment to serving others is demonstrated through her role as an AASL OT. Her love for the pediatric field grows with each patient she interacts with. Olivia has previous experience working and treating children from a few days old through 18 years. She has evaluated and treated children with a wide range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing disorder, developmental delays, Attention-Deficit Hyperactive disorder, and more. Olivia's clinical expertise allows her to collaborate with families to build a personalized treatment plan that allows each child to flourish. Olivia has experience in strengthening skills such as: visual-perceptual skills, hand-eye coordination, praxis, bilateral coordination, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care skills. Because play is a child's main occupation, she loves to get creative and design fun-filled therapy sessions. Olivia seeks to foster lasting relationships with each AASL family. Olivia has completed introductory courses for DIR FloorTime and ho pes to receive additional training in this approach. FloorTime is a child-led strategy that promotes development by encouraging children to progress relationships through play. Olivia was born and raised as a Florida girl and loves spending time with family in her free time. Her perfect day consists of going for a wa lk on Bayshore or group fitness class, playing with her dogs Banks & Brooks, trying out new recipes with friends, and spending time in Bible study.

Reghan Rivas

Reghan's journey to becoming an SLP began with her undergraduate studies in linguistics at the University of Florida, where she discovered her passion for speech sounds, communication, and language development. She then went on to live and teach English in Seoul, South Korea, for a year. This experience not only deepened her understanding of language acquisition and different cultures, but also helped her hone her skills as an instructor and communicator. Upon returning to Tampa, Reghan earned her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Florida. Her education provided her with hands-on experience in evaluating and treating a wide range of speech and language disorders in children and adults. After completing her graduate studies, Reghan began her career as an SLP with Hillsborough County Public Schools, where she worked with children of all ages and backgrounds creating and working towards students' goals related to overcoming the impact of students' speech and language deficits on their academic success. There she created and implemented Individualized Educational Plans (IEP), and collaborated with faculty and staff to ensure children's educational needs were met. During this time, she continued to develop her strong foundation in assessment and treatment planning, while collaborating with families, teachers, and other professionals. Her time spent in the schools further solidified her passion for pediatrics, and, strengthened her desire to work in outpatient private practice where she could grow relationships with and closely support clients and their families to achieve the greatest progress. Reghan is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in her field and continues to allow her curiosity to guide her to new information and resources to share with colleagues and clients. Born and raised in the beautiful city of Tampa, Florida, Reghan is a true Floridian at heart.
