ACME FOUNDATION

The ACME Foundation is a Private Ancillary Fund (PAF) as defined by Australian tax legislation. The trustee of the PAF is Lho La Pty Ltd. (Lho La is part of the Himalayan range and has a historic connection in the eventual conquest of Everest going back to George Mallory in 1922.)... The ACME Foundation aims to support not-for-profit organisations working in areas that overlap with our passions. The ACME name is a rough acronym of these causes (as well as a reminder of our previous interest in Roadrunner cartoons)... We continue to be impressed by the passion and dedication of the principals and staff of the organisations we support. And we wholeheartedly agree with the view expressed by the Pachamama Alliance (www.pachamama.
