The Australian Deer Research Foundation is a non-profit organisation which was established in 1978 to promote research into the biology, ecology and management of wild deer in Australia, and to publish the results of that research. The Foundation considers that research must be soundly based to provide practical solutions to wildlife management problems. It is also dedicated to providing accurate information which contributes towards the knowledge of wild deer, promotes management and conservation and improves the status of these animals in Australia...
