Founded in 1994, AFL Medical Transport was started as a patient pickup service for an eye doctor named Dr. Elder. He had contacted us to help get his patients home safely after surgery or doctor's visits. Over the years, doctors' referrals and word of mouth have lead us to hire and train a range of experienced staff to meet our patients needs... Our services are used by private citizens, doctors, hospitals, nursing or group homes, and assisted living facilities.
