He has been involved in operations in China and other Asian countries, such as Taiwan or South Corea, also in Northern and Central African countries, as well as in the US.

Emmanuel Tondoneh is a Legal Practitioner who has over the years worked on numerous projects. He was part of the team that advised MonuRent on the $25 million facility with FCMB. He also acted and advised on the acquisition of International Commercial Bank (Sierra Leone) Limited by First Bank Nigeria, Petrol Leone (SL) Ltd and Petrol Jetty (SL) Ltd by Addax and Oryx Group Ltd (Malta) and Oryx Oil & Gas SA (Switzerland), and the acquisition of Easy Link (SL) by Afrimax BV.
Emmanuel worked as a State Counsel at the Chambers of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice as a prosecutor for two years. Emmanuel was the Legal Counsel and Head of Commercial Contracts department at London Mining Company Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of London Mining Plc and Legal Counsel and Head of Commercial Contracts department Timis Mining Corporation (SL) Limited until his resignation in May 2015. Emmanuel has served as consultant and Company Secretary to many corporate bodies, companies and institutions.

Ferran Vilaseca is the CEO & Managing Partner at Africa Link Lawyers, since beginning 2013 after many years of Law experience both in Spain and in Africa.
Ferran focuses his practice on commercial law, communications law, (including, telecommunications, media and e-commerce), as well as Sports and entertainment law.
Ferran's experience has been gained both within Law Offices as well as holding legal position within legal departments in big organizations such as IMG or IMSC.
Ferran had been involved in operations and legal projects for Spanish and European companies in the African region for the past five years.
Ferran is married with two children. He speaks French, English and Spanish. He graduated from ESADE Law School in Barcelona (Spain) and holds a Harvard Business Certificate, Boston (US).
Kwesi is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and Wales and has a LL.B from the University of Ibadan.
Aida Garnica Barco is a young lawyer focused on commercial law. Her work is focused on our French desk in order to attend all the customers' legal requests in France and Africa.
She works in carrying operations in different areas like commercial law, civil law, commercial advice and real estate.
She speaks French, Spanish and English. She is graduated in Law by Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona) and has a Postgrade Degree in Business law, obtained by the Valencia University (Valencia).

Maria has passed her scholarship in Spain, Ireland and France.
She has more than 10 years experience-practicing law mainly focused in international corporate and commercial law; during that time she has also been the Firm's representative for the Contract Law Group in several International Lawyers Congress.
She has been directly involved in operations in East and Western Europe, China and Middle East.
She is also familiar in carrying out operation regarding the management of Family Offices holders of financial and Real Estate assets.
Maria is married with four children. She speaks French, English, Portuguese and Spanish. She is graduated in Law by San Pablo-CEU University (Madrid) with a specialization in European Law. She has a Postgraduate Degree in European Economic Studies by the Université La Sorbonne-Paris I (Paris) and a Postgraduate Degree in International Business Law by ESADE Law School (Barcelona).
