He has been in the Broadcast, Professional Audio and Visual Industry for over 25 years with past work experience including in Sony Broadcast for sales, design, proposal and set up of Broadcast and Post Production facilities.

His key role is to develop business plans, set strategic direction for the Group, to ensure attainment of company goals and profitability. He is set to expand Aidas into the ASEAN regions and bring the Group to IPO listing. In 2012, he was awarded the Spirit of Enterprise, he was amongst the first companies in the ICT industry to win the Spirit of Enterprise 2012 award. Wilson also founded NTC Integration Pte Ltd in 1993(formally NTC Enterprises). He has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry.
