Greg Wren - CEO

Greg Wren is CEO and second-generation owner of AmeriPac, taking over ownership from his father, Ray Wren, who serves as Chairman of the Board. Greg Wren is CEO and second-generation owner of AmeriPac. He is responsible for all facets of the business, from growth strategy and sales, to operations. Greg has a proven record of success in executive management and driving sales growth in the contract packaging and fulfillment industry. Prior to becoming CEO, Greg was the President and Chief Operating Officer at AmeriPac for over 15 years. Over that time, he helped transform the company by increasing sales over 500%. As CEO of our family owned & operated business, Greg prides himself on maintaining a family atmosphere and culture through AmeriPac's employees and management. This is evident in all departments of the business, as demonstrated by the large number of dedicated employees that have been with the company for over 25 years. Greg and his sister Kerrie Dwyer acquired 46% of the company from Ray Wren in 2001. This was a result of their desire to grow the company and safeguard it for the next generation. Transition of management of the company took place in April of 2017 after the 1 st Wren generation retired. Greg received his BS in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2002. He is married and has four children.

Kerrie Dwyer - EVP

Kerrie joined AmeriPac in September of 1997 and is an owner of the company. She felt passionate about creating her own career within the family business... Kerrie Dwyer is Executive VP and second-generation owner of AmeriPac. Kerrie joined AmeriPac in 1997, and has served in a variety of management roles. This diverse experience has given her a comprehensive understand of all facets of the family business as well as the secondary packaging and turnkey fulfillment industry. Kerrie oversees all human resources, employee benefits, facility management, and various accounting duties. She is extremely organized and efficient, making it a natural fit to take over facility management for the 300,000 square feet of warehouse and offices once Ray Wren retired. Kerrie has a creative side and a keen eye for detail, which adds tremendous value. She is a quick thinker that is capable of finding a solution to any problem that arises in the company. Her proficiency in multi-tasking ensures that AmeriPac runs smoothly from the offices to the warehouses. Kerrie and her brother Greg acquired 46% of the company from Ray Wren in 2001, fulfilling their desire to grow the company and safeguard it for the next generation. Lisa McNeely

Lisa joined AmeriPac in July 2016 as Accounting Director and has spent the past 25 years of her career in accounting and finance. Over the course of her career, she has held responsibilities ranging from leading the financial departments of small manufacturing companies to handling all aspects of portfolio accounting for two Texas hedge funds with assets of over $250 million. She looks forward to enhancing the accounting department by becoming the right-hand to our CEO and Executive Vice President as we enter into an aggressive five-year plan of growth for AmeriPac. Lisa possesses fierce attention to detail, and enjoys creating efficient systems to garner the most accurate financial information, allowing the top level management the ability to focus on their tasks without worry. Although new to AmeriPac, Lisa has been a trusted family friend for over 15 years. The founders of AmeriPac, Ray and Susan Wren, sought out Lisa as key player in their transition to retirement after founding the company in 1989. She takes great pride in treating the business as if it were her own company, which encompasses the strong determination to keep the family dynamics of this business as a core value of future development. Lisa studied accounting at California State University at Northridge and University of Texas at Arlington. Lisa is married and has two children.

Ray Wren - Chairman, Founder

As founder of AmeriPac, Ray is responsible for negotiating leases, handling building issues, budget planning, and many other business tasks. Ray started the company with one partner and several investors, and has maintained family ownership since 2005. Having worked for The Drawing Board for seventeen years as Vice-President of Manufacturing and Distribution, the sale of The Drawing Board to American Greeting Cards in 1989 was the springboard to Ray organizing AmeriPac. The company started out in an 18,000 square feet facility with eight employees, and now occupies almost 300,000 square feet after three moves, each expanding the company's space and ability to better serve our customers. Keeping the family culture of the company has always been a priority. Seeing employees, many of them with a tenure of over 25 years, progress in their careers and begin mentoring new employees has been a guiding force. Both of Ray's children are in management positions in the company and share a vision of where the company will go and what it needs to do to get there. Ray received his BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston in 1968, and completed his Masters Degree at Texas Christian University in 1971 in the field of Management Science with a focus on finance. He is married, has two children, and eight grandchildren.

Rigo Perez

Rigo Perez was the first full-time employee of AmeriPac in 1989. In total, he has worked with Ray Wren, Founder for more than 35 years. Rigo is responsible for the general management and leadership of the day and night shift of production workers at AmeriPac. He supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in all phases of production operations, prepares operation schedules, hires, and coordinates production activities to ensure production, quality and timelines meet company and client specifications. Prior to joining AmeriPac, Rigo was a production manager at Drawing Board, a greeting card fulfillment company. Rigo lives in Dallas with his wife and they have three grown sons.

Susan Wren - Treasurer

Susan was one of the first employees of AmeriPac, and is responsible for maintaining oversight on all accounting procedures, handling group insurance matters, commercial & workers comp insurance related issues, and managing general company bank dealings. Susan has served as Treasurer of the company since its inception. The family culture of the company is highly valued by Susan and the rest of the family owned & operated organization. Management truly knowing the employees and their families has been an important part of the company since the beginning, and has been a key cause of the company's growth over the years. Susan studied at the University of Texas at Arlington. She is married, has two children, and eight grandchildren.

Ted Ditch

Ted Ditch joined AmeriPac in 2013 as a consultant and was quickly moved into a full-time position responsible for leading the development of AmeriPac's quality management system. Ted ensures that the entire client engagement meets AmeriPac, FDA, ISO, and cGMP standards. He has 28 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry in quality assurance & engineering at Chesebrough Ponds, Sherwood Medical, and Alcon. As a senior quality engineer, his experience includes hands-on manufacturing and quality assurance support of supplier quality control, quality assurance enhancement projects, process control initiatives, validation activities, performance of internal and external audits, and data analysis for investigations and decision making. Ted is an exam preparation instructor for the Fort Worth Chapter for the American Society for Quality. Ted holds multiple ASQ certifications including: ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Auditor, and Quality Manager/Organizational Excellence. Ted graduated with Bachelors degree from University of Rochester, and received his Masters in Engineering Management from University of Texas at Arlington.
