With over 35 years of leadership experience as a Human Resource professional she spent the majority of her career working towards diversity and inclusion in leadership and management across all sectors. A portion of that responsibility included leading multiple projects, facilitating on-site professional development and technology courses and Adjunct Faculty at a community college. She has the ability to apply real-world, practical application, problem-solving, decision-making with organizational leadership theory that is tailored to each organization.
Prior to organizing ANJ Ministry Group in 2013, she served in various leadership positions in the local church. She is a graduate of the University of La Verne with a Master of Science in Leadership and Management and a Doctorate in Public Administration with an emphasis in Leadership.
Over the past 20 years, as an ordained minister, she is a speaker and teacher. Over the past 7 years Jeannie has been passionate in helping pastors and ministry leaders
Dr. LaQuita Gray has a wealth of experience in diverse disciplines. She has over 20 years of experience in post-secondary education in both the traditional and online modality as an instructor and Dean of undergraduate and graduate programs. She holds a Doctor of Public Administration and Master of Science in Leadership & Management from University of La Verne. Dr. Gray is passionate about coaching students to successful completion in writing and presenting their master's Thesis and Doctoral Dissertation.

Her degrees and professional certifications in Interdisciplinary Skills, Communication and Project Management affords individuals to gain wisdom in multiple areas that sets them up for success.
As an over achiever with an exceptional hunger for learning, Dr. Gray has worked as a financial planner for nearly two decades including Life, Series 6 & 63 license. She is blessing her local church as Business Manager with 20+ employees reporting to her. She is also proficient in technology and employee development.
Dr. Gray's commitment to life-long learning across multiple sectors affords her valuable skills and knowledge to empower individuals to support inter-generational social responsibility and solve real-world problems as a benefit to our society. As a director with ANJ Ministries her goal is to inspire others to identify their passion and create their own success stories.
