Person in charge of the administration, of the project, budget and execution of the naval workmanships, also developed the project for the layout of the two shipyards.
Vessels constructed at the shipyard, during his management: barges, tugboats, pushboats, fishing boats, monobuoy, lifghthouse ship and general cargo vessel of 5.100, 7,200 and 8,100 TDW. By that time, developed the project for the bulk carrier of 8.300 TDW.

Under its responsibility, the following vessels had been constructed: motor boats patrol (exported to Chile), catamarans mixing of passengers and cargo (for ENASA), supply vessels.
