Ascend Flow Arts is a fitness and movement arts studio in Wilmington, DE. We focus on aerial arts and Ground Acrobatics. Ascend strives to bring these unique art forms to the community in a safe and affordable way. We opened our doors in the Spring of 2014 and have been growing ever since... Our goal is to create a second home for students where they are free to embrace their love of movement and artistic expression through high quality instruction in a welcoming community.
