He is a highly accomplished property executive with over 37 years of industry experience in project management, development and construction. Peter is particularly passionate about delivering state-of-the-art and functional developments for tomorrow's senior citizens and brings decades of experience in residential design and construction projects to the aged care sector. Prior to establishing Aspect and becoming an independent project manager and property strategic advice specialist, Peter held various executive and senior management positions with major aged care developers/providers and leading design and construction companies. With budgets ranging from $1M to $600M, Peter has successfully delivered a broad range of projects for the residential, aged care, retirement living, commercial, hospitality, retail and industrial sectors. Peter specialises in: Project managing all phases of new and existing projects, including development, design, construction, commissioning and handover. Site appraisals and acquisitions.
