By sourcing at least half of our products within Alamance and neighboring communities, we can guarantee our patrons a level of transparent quality and freshness that other bulky, supply chained restaurants cannot logistically accomplish. Our partnerships with such farms as Wilkeshire Beef, T5 Farm, Redbud Organic, Smith Farm, Your Local Greens, Hillsborough Cheese, Firsthand Foods, Braeburn Farm, Haw River Mushrooms and San Giuseppe Salami Co, provide a local selection of fresh ingredients throughout the seasons; this helps create a recognizable identity for our area by way of the foods being cultivated and produced within it... Refining the art of craft beer in downtown Burlington, using local ingredients and brewing on-site. Burlington Beer Works supports and promotes the local craft beer industry, and needs your support to help it keep evolving.
