CARA DORAN

My name is Cara Doran, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist. I offer psychotherapy to adults, children, adolescents, and their families. Together, we work towards developing strategies to help cope with difficulties and stress and to gain a more positive view over time. I enjoy supporting clients and collaborating to achieve their goals. My ultimate aim is to offer clients the necessary and useful tools to equip them for making the best decisions for themselves.
