An accomplished sales and management leader, Amy brings more than 30 years of pharmaceutical and B2B product sales and marketing experience to CareSet. Amy's focus lies in cultivating new business among pharmaceutical and biopharma clients, who have specialty drug portfolios or treat Medicare-aged populations. She began her career with Merck, spending more than 18 years working across a variety of therapeutic categories, bringing expert-level knowledge in launching both first-in-class medications and managing changing therapeutic guidelines. Amy earned her BS in Business Administration from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio.

An accomplished analyst, data scientist and journalist before co-founding CareSet, Ashish is the visionary leader and healthcare data transparency advocate with a mission of fostering a healthcare system where data benefits patients. After earning his BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, Ashish spent more than 15 years in the network security, technology and finance sectors. He now lives in Houston, Texas, where CareSet is headquartered.

Fred is co-author of the first Health IT O'Reilly book Hacking Healthcare, and co-creator of the DIRECT protocol mandated in Meaningful Use. Fred's technical commentary and data journalism work has been featured in several online and print journals including Wired, Forbes, U.S. News, NPR, Government Health IT, and Modern Healthcare.

Throughout her career, Gala has utilized data to drive improved patient outcomes and operational excellence in the hospital, dialysis, oncology, and physician practice settings. Previously, as General Manager for DaVita, Gala oversaw 10 in-patient and five at-home dialysis programs while also managing critical hospital, physician and patient relations. Her hands-on knowledge of the IVIG space combined with her previous work experience as a researcher, financial analyst and program administration for a medical center enables her to help her clients understand the use cases for Medicare and Specialty Pharmacy claims data. Gala earned a Master's degree from Boston University in Business Continuity Security and Risk Management and a Bachelor's degree in molecular and cellular biology from MaryMount University.
A successful healthcare executive, entrepreneur and pharmaceutical veteran, John brings more than 35 years of management, business operations and B2B sales to CareSet. With expertise in technology solutions, market analytics, and health IT, John previously served as Executive Vice President at M3 USA; Co-founder/President of HealthARC; President of EngageCE and President of Practice Therapeutics. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry, working in business operations, sales and account management across a broad range of therapeutics with Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Myers Squibb. John earned a BA from Gettysburg College and MBA from Rider University.

With more than 15 years of clinical sales, data analytics and relationship management experience, Kate's focus lies in connecting biopharma products to value-based healthcare models through claims data. Prior to joining CareSet Systems, she spent seven years in sales and account management within Pfizer's vaccines division. With a BS in Health Sciences from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Kate is now completing MAS coursework from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health in Population Health Management.
An entrepreneurial communication leader with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, health IT and technology, Kathryn translates broad visions into impactful programs, bringing business plans to life. Most recently, she served as senior marketing strategist for Population Health at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, a regional health plan serving 1.2 million members in four states. Kathryn earned a BA in Communications from Ithaca College and M.Ed in Behavioral Health Counseling from Cambridge College.
As CEO, Laura helps set CareSet's vision and coordinates the team in executing the go-to-market strategy. Laura previously served as COO at 2nd.MD, where she grew the company from concept to serving Fortune 500 companies. Laura holds a B.A. from Rice University and an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of the office, she enjoys tennis and tickling her two young daughters until they cry.

Rick is instrumental in our data retrieval and integration, and also manages the development team. He is concerned with making health data useful and actionable while protecting patient privacy. Rick has worked in the Health IT field for over 7 years in projects including EHR implementation, HIE research and personal health software. He develops healthcare software for doctors, personal fitness, and general health with interest in how quantifying the individual can lead to self-discovery and change.

As Human Resources leader, Roxane helps drive the strategic and operational components of HR. Roxane has an extensive HR background across diverse industries, however, she has spent the largest part of her career in start-up and emerging technology companies. She holds a Masters in HR and Business from Amberton University, a Bachelor's in Business Management from Southern University A&M and certification from Harvard Law School's Executive Negotiation Program. In her spare time, she can be found working out, watching basketball and football and going to her second job (which pays her only in love) chauffeuring around her two sons.
Will has spent the last 15+ years untangling some of the most complicated problems he could find to get in the middle of. As a professional strategist and organizational designer, he worked across dozens of industries ranging from political transformation projects, medical innovation, hospital management, energy, startups, acquisition capital, real estate development, technology, and more. He is a constant reader, a relentless explorer, and father to a wildly curious daughter.
