I have been working as a deputy manager now for over two years at Carmena. I am responsible in ensuring all lawful and ethical standards are met and kept in the nursery, while also supporting the managers in all aspects of the nursery. I have been in childcare for over 10 years, from school and nursery environments, whilst completing my level 3 in childcare and Level 4 & 5 in management. "The management team carries out thorough checks during staff recruitment and this helps to protect children from harm".

I am a dedicated and caring Room leader with over 20 years' experience of the early years environment. I have worked in various positions within nurseries and have taught all age groups similarly. I have acquired a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies, which has helped me to develop a child centered philosophy of care and education.
