Business of Chung-gong automatic control" established in 1981 which was a company specialized in improving the automation and productive machines of factory. In1987, the company was reorganized into Chung Chiao Co. Ltd. because of the rapid economic development in Taiwan and the need of great quantity of technicians to improve the production and automatic processes. Government's educational authorities also focused on vocational education, so Taiwan's vocational education flourished. However, at that time vocational schools lacked complete and efficient educational training equipments. The object of CCT's establishment was to produce and design professionally training materials. Between 1984 and1990, CCT cooperated with Ministry of Education to carry out "Project of improvement of vocational education" and to produce electrical circuit, industrial electronic equipments…etc for laboratories.
