CEDAR RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Our development began in 1990 with construction by 5 developers in what was then called Cedar Ridge Estates. They created 91 home lots. The Cedar Ridge Homeowners Association(HOA) was founded one year later. Dubbed the "affordable street of dreams", Cedar Ridge was, and still is, affordable luxury homes on .20 acres, or more, in unincorporated Pierce County.
