I am a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist providing a range of evidence based Cognitive based therapies including: Individual Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Compassionate Focused Therapy, Behavioural Activation, Emotion Focused therapy, Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness for adults of 16 years and above. I provide a face to face service in Southampton and the surrounding areas. I can also provide CBT by remote working to any area via video link or telephone.
