For pre-IPO companies, Larry has assisted companies in raising more than $100 million in equity and convertible debt. Larry also has extensive experience in creating financial reporting systems, designing and implementing long-range financial forecasts, providing advice regarding cash management, and supervising all aspects of corporate administration in order to enhance the potential market value of these companies to the investment community.
