The CFS Foundation was formed in 2001, and its purpose is to provide immediate financial support to CFS volunteer fire-fighters and their families in the event of death, injury or loss of property while engaging in their community service... Volunteering with the CFS since 1998 and currently serving as the Heysen Group Officer, based in Region One, Nathan brings with him a wealth of operational knowledge & experience, along with additional insights as a significant contributor to a broad range of Committees & Working Parties across the Service... The CFS Volunteer Training Team plays a critical role in preparing and training volunteers to respond to a wide range of emergencies
