Chris O'Connor

Chris started out as a jobseeker with CBS Inc. where he discovered his passion for Hospitality. After studying a Certificate 2 in Cookery at TAFE, Chris joined CBS Inc. Hospitably Inclusive (HI) Project, and through project he was able to secure employment in hospitality.

Claude Bruno

Claude has over 40 years' experience in Disability both here and interstate. Over the years Claude has worked for the SA Government in Accommodation Services, Day Services, Service Development, Community Services including service coordination and brokerage, Aboriginal services, and as a Psychologist. At his retirement, Claude had been a senior director in government disability services for 12 years. More recently Claude has worked part time as a consultant providing, training, mentoring and management advice for both executive staff and Boards of disability organisations. Claude is deeply committed to ensuring services are provided in a respectful, ethical manner whilst upholding the human rights of all people with a lived experience of disability. Claude has been a long-term supporter and friend of CBS Inc.

Emma Fey

Emma Fey is the Assistant Director, Operations at the Art Gallery of South Australia. Emma has a strong background in strategy, communications and partnership and business development across diverse sectors including visual and performing arts, not-for-profit and higher education. Emma holds a Graduate Diploma in Art History from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Management from the University of South Australia.

Jacqueline Stringer

Jackie brings many years of corporate experience in the SA Public Service including management accounting, corporate governance, and policy development. Jackie is a strong advocate for employing people with disability and as a mother of a young adult who has autism is passionate about driving positive change so that people with disability can lead their best lives. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Health Sciences from Flinders University and is currently working as an Assistant Director in the Australian Public Service.

Lidia Pargaliti

Lidia Pargaliti has over 30 years' experience in a range of Executive Management positions within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Sector, with a strong background in Commercial Finance and business management. Lidia also volunteers for a number of not-for-profit organisations in Adelaide.

Stefan Noto

Stefan Noto is a Consumer Nominee for CBS Inc. and has Cerebral Palsy. His passion to be independent and career minded leads him to be employed as a site administrator/project co-ordinator in the building and construction industry. He was the 2019 winner of the Minister's Community Achievement Award.
