CORE was established in 1914. Although it has had many names and served varying populations over the decades, CORE continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of those seeking support in Toronto's developmental services community... CORE's mission is to engage individuals with developmental disabilities in lifelong learning activities that encourage self-determination and social inclusion. Through this, CORE supports the development of new skills and the maintenance of mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
