Delta Leasing is a 100% Alaskan owned and operated company and is certified as a minority owned supplier by the National Minority Supplier Development Council. Delta concentrates on Alaskan Hire practices with a 90%+ ratio of Alaskan-hire employees. Delta is a majority owned subsidiary of Old Harbor Native Corporation (OHNC) which was incorporated in 1973 and originally enrolled 329 shareholders under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
