DELTA URBAN - Key Persons
Prior to joining Delta in 2021, Chris gained six years of experience in the Construction Management field working for reputable consulting firms in the industry. Chris offers both public and private sector planning knowledge as well as property due diligence, construction management, and project management experience to the Delta Urban team, providing a value-added position focused on Land Investigation and project coordination support. Chris is in involved in complex construction projects at Delta Urban and is key part of RWCI, a Delta Urban Inc. Company that specializes in construction management and municipal engineering.
Daniel has been a part of Delta Urban since 2020. Throughout his career and prior working experience working for private planning firms, Daniel has gained experience preparing and conducting land investigations, property due diligence, and planning reports for residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial properties across Canada. He also has experience presenting to Committees and Councils. As a graduate from the University of Western Ontario and Toronto Metropolitan University's Urban and Regional Planning program, Daniel provides a unique and diverse background in communications and planning.

As a graduate from the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo, Justin has attained diverse experience in the land development industry working in land development, transportation and the environment. As part of Delta Urban's team since 2020, Justin provides support in financial and project management. His professionalism and passion for the land development industry will continue to drive his dedication to providing the highest quality of work to clients.
Kelly has a been valuable member of the Delta Urban team. She provides administrative support for the company, coordinates meetings, prepares confidential material, manages expenses, and trains support staff. Kelly also has a role in establishing and coordinating the implementation of company administrative policies.

Maria has over twenty years of continuous experience in Controllership, Financial Management and Management Accounting functions for private and public sector Toronto-based companies within the land development, home building and construction sectors. Her significant competencies in Auditing, Project Accounting, and Financial Forecasting support Delta Urban's ability to provide its client base with a customized range of cost-effective services.
Mustafa has been a part of the Delta Urban family since 2016 and became a partner in 2020. During his time a Delta Urban, Mustafa has demonstrated a great level of passion for the industry and has developed a strong understanding of the land development process, Landowners Group Management, and Cost Sharing Agreements. As a graduate from the University of Waterloo's School of Planning, Mustafa has experiences as a co-op student working with developers, real estate firms, and in municipalities such as the City of Toronto and Town of Richmond Hill. Mustafa further obtained a Masters in Engineering from the University of Toronto with a focus on Cities Engineering and Management. Through Mustafa's current role, Mustafa lends his support to all aspects of project management, financial management, and land development services offered by Delta Urban, for planning and engineering related projects.
Myron has over forty years of experience as a respected professional in both the engineering and land development industries. Through a progressive career, Myron has held senior positions in consulting engineering, public real estate, and private development. These experiences have enabled Myron to cultivate and apply a unique skill set and problem solving ability to the planning and land development process. Since the inception of Delta Urban Inc. in 1993, public sector and private sector clients alike attest to Myron's skill and critical insight and how he has provided the industry with a performance and goal driven management system unlike any other being offered. Myron remains committed to timely execution, a solution oriented approach, creative financial analysis/management and value added results to address every client's needs.
Roman brings profound experience and value to the Delta Urban team. Throughout his career, Roman assumed various executive roles, including being assigned the role of an Adjudicator on the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB). Prior to joining the OMB, Roman worked as a Vice President for the Canada Lands Company Limited, President of Terracan Properites Inc., Deputy Planning Commissioner for the Regional Municipality Metropolitan Toronto, as well as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Development, for the Ontario Realty Corporation. Roman's experience and knowledge brings great value to the Delta Urban team and its clients. Roman provides strategic advisory services and assists in the long term planning and vision of complex development files.
