DIANE SUFFRIDGE

I am a licensed psychologist with over 35 years experience providing psychotherapy to adults and training clinicians who are entering the field of psychotherapy, mental health or behavioral health. I also offer comprehensive training and consultation to agencies and their supervisors who work with clinicians in practicum, field placement or post-graduate training... As a psychotherapist with over 35 years of experience, I know the difficulties that we face in our lives, especially since 2020 as we have collectively faced global, national and local events that challenge our ability to cope. Our present and past circumstances often lead to symptoms of anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts and more. I work with individuals to develop ways to both manage these symptoms and to grow in self-understanding in order to change the patterns that may have served us in the past but have become maladaptive. My practice is in Northern California and I work solely via telehealth.
