I started my nutrition journey as a kid, navigating concoctions in my family's kitchen. My love for food and feeling great from my food came at an early age. A formal education in Dietetics at the University of Nebraska was my natural path of progression. I've been privileged to work with Dr. Oz's HealthCorps before completing my practice work with one of the nation's top teaching hospitals in St. Louis: Barnes-Jewish.
