Daniel Guo's practice focuses on both immigration-related matters and intellectual property protection. Mr. Guo's interest in immigration law stems from his personal experience as an immigrant from China, as well as his experience in helping other Chinese scholars apply for permanent residency in the United States. During his law school studies, he participated in a law clinic program, working on various immigration-related issues for low-income immigrants. Being a dedicated attorney, Mr. Guo has extensive experience in NIW (National Interest Waiver), EB1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability), and EB1B (Outstanding Researcher) based immigrant petitions. More importantly, he has worked on thousands of EB1/NIW cases with extremely high approval rates.
Harry Wang graduated from Fudan University (Shanghai, China), The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and South Texas College of Law (Houston, Texas). He is licensed to practice law in all Texas courts and authorized to practice immigration law before Federal administrative agencies, including USCIS and AAO. Mr. Wang has successfully represented numerous clients in EB1A, EB1B and NIW cases from different countries. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Wang was a scientific researcher.
