Ms. Hermiz, the founder of Divorce Attorneys of Michigan, practices primarily family law along with criminal defense, real estate, and business. Ms. Hermiz has settled and litigated complex custody cases and property cases involving multi-million dollar estates. She has been at the forefront of battling heated child custody cases as well as financial domestic relations cases involving closely held corporations. Ms. Hermiz has extensive experience in Oakland County, Macomb County and Wayne County, along with the Federal Court in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Ms. Hermiz attended Oakland University, located in Rochester, Michigan and obtained her bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Economics, graduating Cum Laude. Ms. Hermiz obtained her law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas' William S. Boyd School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in the top 15% of her class. While in law school, Ms. Hermiz was part of the dean's list and was selected to be part of the distinguished Society of Advocates.
