Greg Lloyd

Greg developed the software platforms for EATS touch-screen shopping kiosks. Greg currently runs DeliverMeNow, a software company he founded in 2008 focused on the development of Online Shopping Cart and Last Mile Delivery apps for courier companies and retailers. He has been a software developer and entrepreneur since 1986. After graduating first in his class from Rathmines College, Dublin Ireland, he initially worked as a software engineer with Insight Software a company specializing in the development of accounting & payroll systems. Within two years, Greg founded Precision Software with two colleagues. Precision developed software focused on international trade logistics and licensed its software around the world to organizations such as Coca Cola, Pfizer, Novartis, Covidien, Apple and Baxter Healthcare. From 1988 to 2002, Greg ran Precision's R&D group, initially as its only developer, building it up as the underlying business grew to 25 engineers under his management. In 2002, Greg moved to Chicago to establish Precision's North American presence. Over the course of just 3 years, Precision's revenues grew by more than 200%, with total revenue of just under $25M and a staff of 110 people. In 2005, Greg became its president and managed the transition of the company following its acquisition in 2006 by QAD (NASDAQ: QADB).

Joe Dusek

Joe Dusek provides market research support to EATS. In 2010, Joe earned his Ph.D. in Research Methodology, with eighteen graduate hours in applied statistics for quantitative analytical methods, from Loyola University Chicago. He teaches full-time in the Math Department at Triton College in River Grove and works at Concordia University Chicago serving as the methodologist on dissertation committees for doctoral students. In 2021, Joe became an attorney, licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation.

Maureen Warren

Maureen is a professional artist and educator. She received a BFA from the Art Institute of Chicago and an MFA from the University of Illinois, Chicago and studied at the Academies of Fine Art in Cracow and Warsaw, Poland as a Fulbright Fellow. She taught for the Art Resources in Teaching Foundation in Chicago Elementary Schools and as a CPS High School Art Teacher. Maureen has an extensive international exhibition and curatorial background which will be used to promote the arts in the neglected communities. Mentoring Fulbright International students and sponsoring young artists through the Artist in Residence Program at the Cliff Dwellers Club in Chicago is an ongoing commitment to inclusively enhance the cultural life of the future generations.

Robertino Presta

Robertino is EATS' grocery consultant. He is currently the CEO of Caputo's Fresh Markets, which operates 8 fresh market grocery stores in the Chicago area. Robertino has spent his entire career in the grocery business at the Caputo's chain, starting out as a cashier in 1979 at its original site in Elmwood Park. He eventually married his then-co-worker, Antonella Caputo, daughter of owner, Angelo Caputo. In 1988, Robertino and Antonella took the helm of the business when Angelo retired. The store was 7,500 sf with 30 employees. They now own and operate 8 stores totaling 700,000 square feet with 1,400 employees.

Stacey Saunders

Stacey is highly regarded in her role as a Business Strategist and Small Business Owner due to her exceptional ability to prioritize productivity, ease, and talent development. With a focused approach, she is dedicated to improving operational integrity while maintaining a lighthearted touch. Stacey actively works towards fostering equitable and inclusive work environments, demonstrating her strong commitment to social justice through her advocacy for marginalized black and brown individuals as well as queer communities. Her experience includes: 2nd Story, the Center for Changing Lives, and Affinity Community Services. Notably, she played a vital role in overseeing the merger of the Lesbian Community Care Project and Howard Brown Health, an organization that promotes health and wellness within the LGBTQA+ community. Stacey's professional background in forming strategic partnerships aligns perfectly with the mission of EATS. As a proud resident of Chicago, Stacey Saunders holds a BA from DePaul University, an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, and various other business certifications.

Thom Alcazar - Founder

A lifelong entrepreneur, Thom Alcazar founded Alcazar, LTD in 1973, which currently provides consulting services in business automation systems, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and delivery, dock and global trade systems. Always ready to learn something new, he is a 2013 graduate of Loyola's Executive MBA program. A Chicago native and undergrad of SIU, Thom moved to KC by 21 and formed Alcazar Sales Co., (evolving to Alcazar LTD) an independent distributor of banking and form handling equipment, eventually branching out to Wichita and Oklahoma City. Within 5 years, he added postal automating equipment, with marketing software. A 25-year member of the Wichita Chamber of Commerce, he provided software-automation systems to the top international firms in Wichita including Pizza Hut, Cessna, Raytheon, Boeing, Rubbermaid, Coleman, and Beech Aircraft, among others. He was a six-year mentor in "Children of Incarcerated" program in Bronzeville.

Walter's health-conscious lifestyle inspired him to join the EATS team as a way to help his community.
