Adam P. Ponto - CEO

Attorney Adam Ponto is a co - owner and managing partner at Elia and Ponto. He received his Bachelor's of Science in Economics from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While attending UDM, Mr. Ponto completed an externship with the Honorable Denise Page Hood of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. In 2010, Mr. Ponto graduated cum laude and began representing victims of automobile accidents, trip/ slip and falls, dog bites and general negligence. As a licensed attorney, he has only represented injured persons. As a plaintiff's attorney, Mr. Ponto represents and advocates for the rights of accident victims. He is devoted to representing clients against negligent parties, and pursuing wrongly denied claims by insurance companies. Not only has he represented accident victims throughout the State of Michigan, but also in Texas and Ohio. Mr. Ponto's goal is to recover what was wrongly taken from victims by way of money damages, and assist in their journey's to recover and regain their ability to lead a normal life. Mr. Ponto is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice and has been recognized as a "Top 10 Under 40" personal injury attorney by The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys as well as a "Top 40 Under 40" by The National Trial Lawyers Association. Member of the Michigan Bar Association and Michigan Association for Justice member. Mr. Ponto received his Bachelor's of Science in Economics from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

Alexander Brown

Attorney Alexander (Alex) Brown attended the College of Business Administration at Central Michigan University where he graduated with a degree in general management in 2010. Mr. Brown then attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he graduated Magma Cum Laude in 2015. While at UDM, Mr. Brown completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Marianne O. Battani of the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan. He was also member of UDM's Law Review and Moot Court Board of Advocates. Mr. Brown also took part in UDM's criminal trial clinic, where he represented indigent defendants charged with a multitude of misdemeanors in Hamtramck. Prior to law school, Mr. Brown worked for Medical Alternatives, Inc. in Novi, where he assisted with the daily living of automobile accident victims. Mr. Brown began clerking at the law firm of Elia and Ponto in early 2014 and has been exposed to personal injury cases ever since. After graduation from law school, he passed the Michigan Bar Examination, was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, and began representing injured individuals immediately. Mr. Brown takes pride in the close personal relationships he builds with each client. In his free time, Mr. Brown serves as a basketball coach at his parish, St. Fabian of Farmington Hills, and he is an avid Detroit sports fanatic.

Ameer Alkhalidi

Brandon Wolfe

Attorney Brandon Wolfe is a graduate of Michigan State University who received his Bachelor's degree in political science. While in law school, Brandon clerked for Honorable Shalina Kumar in Oakland County and gained practical knowledge in Court while learning the law at night. Brandon's background and experience has shaped his character to advocate passionately for clients who have nowhere to turn and pushes back against insurance companies and corporations who take advantage of honest, hard-working people. Howard Cohen

Sam Elia is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and active in the Metro Detroit Chaldean community. Mr. Elia received his Bachelor's Degree in psychology from Wayne State University (2008) and his Juris Doctor from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law (2011). Mr. Elia's focused practice has resulted in the recovery of millions of dollars for his clients-auto accident victims throughout the state of Michigan-in unpaid No-Fault benefits and injury settlements.
