ELIZA PARK SRS

Registered and regulated by the Department of Health as low care, Eliza Park Supported Residential Service provides its clients with personal support which includes assistance with personal hygiene, providing meals, medication supervision and links to social and medical services. The client group is predominantly a marginalised and socially disadvantaged group, many with backgrounds including homelessness, disability and mental health needs.
