Dave Beeksma

Dave Beeksma is a negotiator, strategic planner, and communication professional with nearly three decades of public and private sector experience. Mr. Beeksma has applied this experience to a diverse set of challenges involving matters ranging from international security and socio-economic development to public diplomacy and civil society empowerment. He holds a Master's degree in history, with an emphasis on post-conflict state building, and has focused his professional life on addressing complex issues in a diverse set of nations, including Turkey, South Korea, Italy, Afghanistan, and the United States. An unpaid member of the Epirroi board, Mr. Beeksma advises on non-state outreach, conflict resolution, and negotiation. He currently divides his time between international negotiation effort in Central Asia and his home state of Arizona, where he serves on several non-profit boards and committees and assists his wife in managing a small business.

Lucy R. Aguinaldo-Cullen

A Filipino-American, Lucy's career speaks of diverse disciplines in the private and public sectors in different arenas -- information technology solutions, strategic communications, information operations, television production, public relations, marketing and advertising. Her international work experience included travels in Afghanistan, Dubai, Russia and the Philippines. With more than 20 years of experience in US Government and international contracting (cradle to grave), she is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).

Matt McNabb

Matt McNabb is a serial entrepreneur focused on frontier and emerging markets. Presently he serves as Co-Founder and CEO of First Mile Geo, which provides spatial analytics for businesses and governments in emerging markets. Prior to founding First Mile Geo, Mr. McNabb served as Principal and Vice President with Caerus, a strategy consulting firm based in Washington DC that advises businesses and governments in high risk markets. Mr. McNabb has also led a transnational enterprise with offices in London, Washington, and Islamabad that employed in-depth field research as well as open source and mobile technologies, to provide a hyper-granular view of conflict dynamics. Mr. McNabb has also advised on and managed market entry and corporate diversification for a transnational criminal defense firm in the national security field. Mr. McNabb has advised a range of multinational corporations, investors, and senior government officials in the United States, Europe, and Africa, as well as a variety of international organizations like the UN Security Council and World Bank, particularly on corporate strategy, market entry, risk management, and innovation in emerging markets. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for TechChange, a high-tech startup that provides multi-user online training in the use of ICTs for conflict management and international development, and as an Adjunct Fellow on Competitiveness at the American Security Project.
